100 day challenge with amazing results

We all want to improve ourselves and become healthier and more fit but often that desire is too vague. There’s  a great benefit to setting yourself some specific goals, and this video is a great illustration of just that.

100 days is the perfect amount of time to make some real changes to your life. It’s a nice round number that’s easy to wrap your head around, and unlike say 10 or 20 days, it’s long enough to make some real progress no matter what your goal is.
