There are some simple facts that are unavoidable in the nutrition world:
1. More fresh fruits and veggies apply to almost everyone.
2. Taking your food and processing the crap out of it makes it self awesome, unless salty and unrecognizable is your version of aweosme.
There are others, but it’s hard to find people that don’t agree on these two.
