1000 Likes Means it’s a White BBQ

We scored 1000. (Likes on Facebook).

That’s a lot more than before. We’re practically in Kardashian territory. Almost. Thanks for making us feel like this kid in the video below. Here’s a summary of how we feel:

You:  “You got a 1000 likes.”

Us: “Aaaaaaaargh! Aaaaaaaamazing.”

To celebrate you’re getting a recipe for an unusual white BBQ Sauce that big shot chef Chris Lilly at Big Bob Gibson BBQ uses to wow customers.

Does connecting BBQ sauce and FB victory make any sense? No. But we like being liked, and we like BBQ sauce.

Try it. It’s so good on BBQ chicken.

White BBQ Sauce Recipe

  1. 1 cup mayonnaise (vegannaise also works, try the ones made from grape seed.)
  2. 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
  3. 1/4 cup apple juice
  4. 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  5. 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  6. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

In a mixing bowl, whisk the mayonnaise with the vinegar, apple juice, horseradish, lemon juice and cayenne and season with 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Put the barbecue sauce into a dipping bowl and serve some chicken.

Delicious. So good… Aaaaaarrrgh. (We have this response to a lot of things it seems.)
